Volunteer

We are staffed by volunteers and non paid interns. Whether you like direct animal care, one of the many support teams, or education, we have a job-and a place for you. From May through August we need volunteers from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. Off season September through April we need volunteers for 2-hour shifts mornings and evenings seven days a week.

WildCare Wildlife Volunteer: Adult
WildCare Teen Volunteer: 15-17
WildCare Junior Volunteer: 12-14

WildCare Wildlife Volunteer
Adult

If you are at least 18 years old, then you could train to be a wildlife volunteer. Diet preparation, feeding, and cage cleaning all contribute to our animals becoming wild again. Submit your application online today, or send it to our mailing address.

Complete an application and submit a training fee of $20
Attend an orientation where you will receive a T-shirt and information packet.
Work side by side with experienced volunteers.
Minimum of one 2-hour shift per week.
